Alister has been our family dentist for over 20 years. In that time, I have required all kinds of dental treatment due to pre existing jaw problems. I have found Alister to be extremely skilled, knowledgeable and professional in every way. Receptionist Melissa is also a delight to deal with, and I can definitely highly recommend this dentist. They have many satisfied customers, so are very busy.

Whilst getting my wisdom teeth extracted I had a nerve nicked... On coming to I was not informed that it had occurred. So the next day after having some slight numbing on my tongue I contacted the clinic to ask what was going on and only then did they mention that they had nicked a nerve. I was told that over time it will subside (which was a lie) and that was that. No compensation or way of repairing the situation. The part that really upset me is that they never even apologized. So its been years and I've been living with this slight numbness and after recently seeing a dentist and discussing the situation and seeing their reaction to my story, I have come to realize some practitioners don't really care about their clients. Don't get me wrong, Its been years and it still upsets me from time to time that I trusted someone that gave little care at all about problem.
