Product of Italy Penrith

I dined in at product of Italy last Tuesday and I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Sophie. Not only was she very kind and lovely, she had the best customer service and was constantly checking in on us throughout the night, not too much but we weren’t forgotten. I haven’t had a good server like our lovely Sophie in a long time. I can’t wait to go back and be welcomed by her again. Food was good.

Love this little slice of heaven in Penrith. Have been coming here for years - mainly take away. So glad we dined in as we had Sophie as our waitress. She is so lovely, attentive & made sure we had a great night. Glad to see this place has maintained it’s standard with the expansion! Thanks again, Sophie!

I had an amazing experience with this Italian Restaurant! The customer service was top-notch, and the food exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for quality italian food and excellent service. I am a repeat customer of this business, and they never disappoint. Mid week date night, thinking it would be quiet but a busy little restaurant! Not too packed but good to see it busy on a rainy random January Tuesday evening! Good was great, we over ordered so have leftovers for lunch, the dream 🙌🏼
Staff were very welcoming and happy to assist, attentive without being too much. Cocktails were quick, food was hot and fresh, super delicious. Big fan, thank you!

After googling some places for dinner in the area that didn’t involve going to the busy Panthers or RSL, I found this place. Although tucked away at a rather quiet end of the Penrith CBD, this restaurant has amazing service, and more importantly, delicious food at incredibly reasonable prices. Check it out next time you’re in Penrith!

Had a lovely valentines dinner with the partner. The pizza was cooked perfectly and pasta was flavourful. I loved the gluten free brownies. I wanna give a shout out to our main server Nicole who was amazing. 🤌

Although I could only give stars I believe the service was good 12 stars. The waiter that goes by the name of Samuel is the brightest young man I have had serve me in a restaurant EVER, Samuel was able to make my dinner a lot better with his charming smile and outgoing personality he seemed to have a contagious laughter. Although it was only a short time talking to Samuel it felt like we have been friends for years. His service was beautiful and was able to get our orders perfect and was even able to cater for my daughter who has dietary issues. I believe Samuel is the greatest waiter that I have ever met and should get a pay rise immediately to reward his outstanding work ethic and ability to make my meal a whole lot better.

Came from my sister-in-law’s birthday. We ordered four pizzas three pastas and antipasto and drinks. The food was beautiful delicious the service was amazing. I will not be the last time we come here. Highly recommend

Just Moved into the area today and my partner was craving pasta for a few days … so for our first night at our new house we Uber Eats to treat ourselves and wow we fell in love I stick to the standard pasta dishes and order carbonara but my partner loves to try new things and order Palizzi
Pasta and she was dancing after every bite she loved it so much … so Thank You Product of Italy for making our first night in Penrith so homely 😘 we will be ordering again or coming into eat for sure .. yum yum 🤤 and the cheesy garlic bread 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤so good

I always come to Product of Italy not just because of the delicious food, but also because of the service. Frances in particular is so kind and always goes above and beyond for us. She is truly wonderful. Her incredible customer service makes our experience so much better.

Sorry about the pictures of half eaten food but it was so delicious we forgot to take them before we tucked in. The atmosphere absolutely is great. The staff are fantastic. Highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for pizza or pasta. The baked ricotta cheesecake was the best way to finish up. Oh and another great thing is they're byo.
Definitely a 10 out of 10.

i loved coming here for dinner. our main waitress, Frances, was very understanding and patient. my family was very confusing and crazy but she was easy to have a giggle with. best employee i believe. very sweet as well.

The food was hot when it arrived, tasted absolutely delicious. So flavoursome. I'm Italian and know what homemade Italian food tastes like, and this definitely didn't disappoint. Pizza and pasta divine. Definitely coming back.

Came a few days ago and absolutely enjoyed the food. Usually I don't enjoy Italian food that much, but after coming here my mind was blown away with how iresistable the food is. Shout out to Samuel for the amazing service and how polite he was. Definitely gonna be coming here again very soon. Highly recommend this place 👍👍

Had some pasta that wasn’t amazing, but the pizza was great. The best thing about my experience was the service, they were prompt on arrival and my server Samuel was so accommodating and well mannered. Would recommend.
