My friends and I visited this store during grand-opening day since they offer buy 1 get 1 free promotion.

Service - Friendly, approachable and efficient although there seemed to be a long queue. The nice girl with long black hair advised us on which drink to choose as we weren't sure, and it was lovely! She really knew her stuff and had a real passion about bubble tea.

Drinks - Absolutely love it and as good as back in Taiwan. Gongcha has different varieties of beverages with standard price like others, you can select your drink and toppings, amount of sugar and ice. I especially love milk foam green tea with pearls which very refreshing and thirst satisfied !!!

Overall, worth a visit to try bubble tea, guys. I've been back loads of times since. :)

Today is a hot day, my friend and I decide to get something from Gongcha. We are the regular from it so we cant decide which drink we want. One of the friendly staff recommended this drink. It calls Strawberry Chocolate milk tea. The drink looks nice same the way it tastes. We are very satisfied with it! <3

The queue is always long, but the drinks are made super fast (and the taste is always on point)! The team are also friendly, they even know my order even before I get to ordering.
