The staff at Shopsmart chemist are mist awesome and friendly. Most times there is short waiting time for prescriptions. The products from personal items to supplements and vitamins are priced low to reasonable. The sale items are priced really generously.

Great staff. Wide range of products. Reasonably priced. So disappointed this place has closed. I have only good things to say about the staff and the business. I do hope they come back!!!!!!!

Edit: sooooo very happy that they reopened. My go to chemist. Michael in the dispensary is so friendly & funny.

Stop having such good specials! I seriously don't need that much makeup that you tempt me to buy 😆

Awesome pharmacy and a lot of variety available. I found panadol and other medicines which were out of stock in a chemist warehouse at rooty hill. Staff is nice.

Great place, friendly staff.. It’s a shame they have been closed for a month. Apparently they were involved in the sale of drugs.. 🤣

Great pharmacy and never a wait at all however management or head pharmacist needs to control who has control over the music being played throughtout the place.. unwell people aswell as children dont appreciate walking into a place blasting music along the lines of 'I f***k b*tch** all night long' yikkkes.. i did complain to the pharmacist so hopefully a change in background music will happen with something more appropriate not played of someones phone🖒🖒

Good pharmacy and to buy non-prescribed medicins and Fragnance

Not happy at all after realising that I am paying too much for the prescription drug. The price is so expensive compared to other Shopsmart branches. Better to shop around to the next suburb, they're prices are reasonably great

Went past on June 18, 2019 and it's all closed up by administrators and police.

I went to buy Restavit which is a sleeping aid which doesn’t require a script, the woman asked who it was for and I said my husband, she then demanded ID, not mine but my husband’s, I was on my own then I said I don’t have any, she then refused to give it to me, then I said well I will buy it in my name then, she refused and told me to take a seat, I told her I will go elsewhere. I buy this medication at other pharmacies will no problem. Don’t shop there please!

This is the worst customer service i ever had! If there’s less than 1 star i would give. I wanted to get a couple of documents certified by a pharmacist but she was very tough and rude. She asked me how many do you have (although the pharmacy was empty no customers) i said 3 documents, she answered ok we accept donations against certifying documents (although it’s a free service) , i said sorry i have no cash, she got upset and didn’t get her job done properly by missing the name of the pharmacy in purpose although i asked her to add the pharmacy’s name but she said there’s no need. I went and checked at another pharmacy they said the pharmacy’s name should be mentioned otherwise it won’t be considered as a certified document. so I had to go again to get the certifying process completed. She was much more rude at the second time, shaking her head with that angry face! What a very bad customer service.. NEVER AGAIN.

Would give zero stars if I could. Was told to leave by the rude pharmacist after I told her I had a medical exemption from wearing a mask. If you enjoy being discrimination against then this is the place for you! Even had the security called on me.
