I have always found H&R Block at Gympie to be very helpful, friendly staff and reasonable fees for a job well done. They also have appointments available on Saturdays and later on weekdays which is very helpful.

Made an appointment and had to wait 20min because the one staff member working was training new staff member. Was also given wrong information on tax return. An elderly man came in for help while I was there and women was very rude to him. The whole experience was very poor. I walked out after 40mim as all the staff member had done was type in my name and tax number.

bad service, person kept going to the other room to check if things were right. they didnt submit straight away, wasnt till 3 weeks later after we called them. now its been 4 weeks since the submit and no return. wont be returning
