Couple of really helpful young staff members made life easy

Very busy this visit. I couldn't find Coles gluten free scotch finger biscuits, so asked at the help desk. In the end I had 3 lovely staff locate them for me.
The packaging has changed significantly (as you can the old at the top, and new at the bottom of the photo) hence me not being able to find them...lol.
Couldn't ask for better service than that...😁

Great place to buy your shopping needs , Coles are good on value 👍 & the service & staff are always helpful 👍

Like most places after the floods a short fall of stock on the shelves, staff were trying to resolve but tended to block customer's way through and not rotating the stock so old items were pushed back behind new.

Very close to my house, disabled parking available, tho I found this week prices on lots of items have risen at least 30%, I hadnt been to Coles for a few weeks.

This time of year.. shopping at 9pm was an excellent experience.. minimal crowds, plenty of stock and great friendly staff as always!

I've never been to a store where the staff are so friendly. Especially Bill. If you find yourself at his register, you're bound to end up walking out of there with a smile on your face. All of the staff are helpful, and if they don't have an item you are after, they will most certainly do their best to get it in for you, or at the very least, suggest where you might find it. Hands down the best supermarket in town!

I am not a fan of coles as a company, but staff at this store are just so lovely. It is a big store, so it has plenty of stock and options. Downstairs parking.

Every staff member from trolleys to front desk are amazing even when busy and customers complaining fairly or the times it's unwarranted. Customer service is given in a friendly and productive way consistantly to everyone.

I've experienced some very kind acts from Coles staff getting Click And Collect - things above and beyond normal 'good service'. This has made me very loyal to the brand. Thank you guys.

Allways shop there because they have the most variety by far allways cannot get hemp seeds or zesty mix, greens super food it goes on n on gotta go I'm starven grosseries are in car I'm headn home hmmm, yummo!!

Love that we can go to Coles for fresh organic chicken! Yum.

The staff are lovely. The shelves are a bit empty. Possibly supply issues.
