Excellent online ordering & delivery service thanks Woollies! I have no car as just sold to buy again, so I was very grateful of the service. Your delivery driver did a fabulous job. He even offered to help bring the bags inside as he could see I was snowed under as just moved into my duplex rental & I was very tired! So to that young delivery guy, thank you for your initiative & help!
Top marks to the Order Picker/Packer Team Member who thoughtfully packed my order & substituted the kids bunch bananas, (not avail at the time), for a selection of smaller Cavendish bananas (were $priced per kg in store), but listed & priced as same price as kids bunch! That's appreciated a lot thank you!
The order was nearly over $118 & no delivery fee! That was especially appreciated given my circumstances as a Pensioner who's just had a huge move to return back up to the SSC! So top marks to all Woolworths Gympie Team Staff & Managers..as I have had an extensive sales retail background in businesses & cannot fault your service staff, as always helpful when I've shopped at Woolworths Gympie in Centro S/C. A very busy store, always fresh food produce, clean & well presented store & happy helpful staff! I have read the reviews & was amazed how negative those review were!?
All I can say to those unhappy customers is that if you have not worked behind any retail service counters, dealt with a very busy business in food produce, giving customer service to such a vast assorted range of customers (ages, nationalities etc), then I can only assume that you lack empathy, patience & knowledge to how you treat all staff, no matter their ages!
To find enough available staff in any business is very hard right now for all businesses in Qld as is the same in all states!
This is due to the movement of the population growth within all states, the huge rise in home rates & expenses, rocketed home sale prices & rentals! So therefore, to be fair to all businesses struggling right now with finding staff, who, like everyone, is struggling to find & keep affordable accommodation, so as to try maintain their many jobs! Everyone is struggling & stressed with many things, so customers especially have to appreciate that & need more understanding & empathy for all working staff & their management in every business that's busy trying to maintain & manage huge teams of service personnel to be able to offer the top service they are trying hard to maintain.
Woollies Gympie are one of the many huge business groups here in Gympie as well as other areas of the SSC that have been doing an extremely good job in trying to offer the best customer service they can!

The staff are always so helpful and the quality of the fruit and vegies is great nice and fresh. Love the new click and collect service. So good. Don't have to stress about a park or if it's raining! Fantastic addition to the store.

Hubby and went in to get something easy to cook for dinner as we had a late lunch. Always impressed with the layout, great helpful staff. Prices as you would expect today.

I went to this Woolworths went through the self-service there was a young ladie that worked there we got talking & I turned around after to get the card things she handed me a bunch of flowers & a block of chocolate

Customer service always excellent and staff so helpful and friendly, even though its a very busy shop the staff are always willing to help!!shelves always stocked, easy to find the items I need, huge variety and loads of specials :)

PetStock is great, the staff are really friendly and approachable, they'll help you out any way they can. Even if you need help carrying things out to your car. They stock a very wide range of things for cats, dogs, fish, and other little pets. Behind the counter it looks like a pharmacy for pets. Hope the place never changes.
