Adeel is an exceptional pharmacist at Cincotta Discount Chemist in Rouse Hill. He truly is a lifesaver! When I urgently needed a spray for my baby, and couldn't find any local pharmacies, he went above and beyond by arranging it for me online and delivering it in less than 24 hours. I'm incredibly grateful for his kindness and outstanding service.

Staff is very helpful. I ordered some proscription meds over the phone. They not only made sure of it arriving in time but also followed up.

A very helpful and genuine pharmacist called Meo guided me with my prescriptions today. She was very thoughtful and even provided me ways to access my future meds in the future easier. This Chemist is really lucky to have a gem like her! A healthcare professionals who actually cared :)

A huge thank you to Natalie at the Rouse hill store. She went above and beyond to help me find a dummy medicine applicator. After a long trip to the doctors, an eye exam and dragging around my two children her assistance was appreciated far more than what she realises. She’s made a loyal customer out of me!

I have been attending this chemist since it opened. Due to multiple medical conditions requiring multiple medications I have found all the staff to always make themselves available to sudden changes in my medication . I am always greated in a genuine and friendly manner each visit by all the staff. All the staff are very helpful in this very busy chemist.

Excellent customer service, very attentive and knowledgeable staff! Nathan in particular was very friendly and helpful! I was given information on the different products I was after and recommendations based on my needs! Will definitely be using this chemist in the future.
