Samara at this McDonald's is super efficient not only that I mentioned I had eggshell in my last bac egg mcmuffin she offered to get fresh egg made extra care her customer service is outstanding she made my day just with her friendly customer service hope this review is seen by Management.....thanks Samara !!

I had my favourite hotcakes and hash brown, with a cappuccino. Best hotcakes/hash browns, and definitely the best coffee.

This McDonald's is located in the food court upstairs. I was served by helpful staff who apologised for the order taking a few minutes long. I thought they just had good training in customer service as it's essential to have good manners with customers. Unfortunately, it's not a skill everyone in the hospitality industry has.

This McDonald's is at the far end of the courtyard, so it's nice to sit by the window while you eat and enjoy the Sun.

At about 5,45 pm on Thursday 15 th June my wife and I had dinner ar Mc Donald’s Penrith Plaza food court. The food was hot in fact everthing was hot staff Excellent as was the Manager this store is a credit to Mc Donald’s Company My wife and I would recommend this store to any one who like good hot food.

talked to the head of kitchen bradley at saturday dinner and he was very lovely and made my food perfect. very dapper

The guy called cain at the register was the nicest guy. I had $10:85 in coins and no cash or card and he was happy to count it all with a smile. Love his service

I enjoyed it I bought a meal a homeless man Matthew, I had a Frappe. Afterwards he asked what I was drinking. I offered to buy him one it was his birthday.

The Lovely Duty manager was very helpful with my Diabetic dietary requirements..Rob 🤗🙏

They really did well giving me an absolutely monster sized soft serve, would go back again exclusively for their soft serves!

Very busy but comfy place. Very clean. Lots of seating. You can sit on the side with station view.

They are still open in lockdown with skeleton staff, one of only two food sources in the entire food court in the mall.

Fast service. Friendly efficient staff. Correct orders!!
