A luxurious tea store with loose-leaf and tea-bags of teas from all over the world. They also have an excuisite collection of teapots and cups with each model looking better than the other. Items are slightly high-priced than in normal stores but they are definitely worth it.

Scared the skin off the poor guy when I walked in an empty shop!!
No tastings unfortunately due to COVID issues so you have to rely on their opinions and they are very helpful.
They have everything you need to enjoy tea- lovely displays of all sorts of teapots, tea cup and saucer sets, spare parts, amazing range of tea nicknacks, utensils and every type of delicious tea you could imagine!! And expert advice. Come and visit - it’s worth a visit, or the poor guy will be lonely!!

The team at T2 in Penrith are super helpful. I’m new to drinking tea and tell the ladies what flavours I am wanting and they always recommend a great flavour.
On to my 4th different tea my favourite so far has been Pumping Pomegranate.

T2 Penrith Westfield is the perfect store! Erin was so friendly & helpful this morning, very informative & nothing was a bother for her. Her level of customer service is, quite simply put, very natural and inviting. I can tell she has her dream job & she is the perfect fit for it! Just as T2 tea is warm & comforting, I found Erin to be just as - if not moreso - warm & inviting. She made my English Breakfast Tea just perfectly this morning, too! My whole T2 experience this morning was the perfect start to my day! Thank you, Erin! Very much appreciated! :)
Furthermore, I always find T2 Penrith to be a very charming store, all those who work there excel in customer service & I hope their Head Office recognizes & rewards them all for it! I highly recommend this store to anyone.

Good tea and friendly staff

I will admit that i don't purchase alot of T2 tea as it is quite expensive, however when i do buy it i am very pleased with the excellent quality of tea i am left with. Sampling free tea is always a highlight to shop there.

The most fabulous tea shop experiece . The staff are very helpful and have full product knowledge. They will even brew you your choice of tea for a taste sample.

Could browse in this shop for hours. T2 tea is yummy

T2 tea has everything for the tea enthusiasts. Brews, cups, pots, jugs and plunges all in different sizes to meet your needs. A great shop to visit.

Great service, knowledgeable girl behind the counter who helped us get just what we wanted. She even had a skip in her step which is adorable and creates a positive vibe for the store.

I spend way too much money in this haven't a place. It's wonderful, looking to buy my next teapot very soon 😀
