You and your dam auto delivery set up, select at order is MORE than enough. BUT NO, you keep pushing it at check out as well. So easy to get it wrong. Going to alternative seller PAWS for a while now. I'll take my $200-$400 a month to them. Cherry picking your Google reviews on your website is lame. Pay and Pray delivery service, my god who is in charge over there? And DON"T leave a copy paste "we are sorry" response. Seen that 100 times, means nothing.

Bought a poor quality product from one of the retailers, which went out of business. Pet Pacific being a national distributor is responsible for the warranty in such situation. They did everything to avoid and warranty responsibility. The whole matter was over a plastic spare part, worth, perhaps $10. Taking them to the Office of Fair Trading. Shame!

Buyer beware. Because we have a pay upfront account, we get sent a bill with cost including freight (no mention of approximate cost. Pay the bill only to receive additional invoice with over double the freight already paid as additional costs. I do not do business with companies that are not upfront with all costs!!! You have lost our business and will be taking our companies business elsewhere.
