I was dismayed that after replacing the very expensive window on my canopy, the left finger marks and grubby prints all round the window. And the car. At $150/hr they could do much better.

I contacted these guys over 3 months ago. In this time they have been really poor at communicating, haven’t ordered parts, or done the job. I called ARB in tweed and they had me sorted for parts and an install date with a quote in under 5mins. As a single mum who loves camping (and is very time poor) I really appreciated the awesome service of the Tweed Centre. ARB Lismore massive let down can’t believe I waited 3 months for basic communication about a straightforward job. Disappointed! Don’t waste your time.

OMG NEVER USE THERE ELECTRICAL SERVICES, my partner spent $600 getting the lights wired up still one spotty not working, ARB sent me looking for a caravan or trailor to fix my electric brakes they malfunction while fitting wiring harnesses, he wrongly diagnosed and rude and unresponsive to my complaints to get this work completed. Incompetent unprofessional and over priced..... Go ELSEWHERE

Dishonest work being done here. Excessive added labour and freight costs, they doubled the price of some parts and tried to squeeze in any added costs possible. Got a second quote from a different ARB and the total was 25% cheaper than this place. Scumbags. AVOID.
