The pub is still being rebuilt after the floods. I got to meet the owner Tony and he was a lovely person, how he didn't give up after the floods hit is a true testament to the person he is.
They have a really nice outdoor area that is laid back but big enough for big groups. The food van out back I was worried that it was going to be greasy food and a let down but the food was great! The schnitty burger and chips were excellent.
Obviously when the kitchen can be reopened I'm sure the food and pub will be brilliant.

Last night we had real pub at great prices, served quickly and all meals were delicious. Pizza served in a box so it was easy to take the leftovers home.

Friendly staff and awesome food for the money, having our monthly 4x4 club meetings here is one of the better ideas we've had. Always look forward to coming back every month

Had the burger and chips for lunch on a weekday, huge burger and crunchy chips, everything was delicious. The staff were very friendly. Will be coming back again

I work for a disability org and at lunchtime on a Friday afternoon the staff and kitchen were more than helpful and considerate to a group of 13 people arriving at 1 O clock.

The OG pub meal at the same prices people were paying back in the mid 80's too. That's a double header. Treat your self.
