Lismore Mazda

The mechanics and reception staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful when attending to our vehicle on the 29th of December.

Our car had been towed by NRMA to Lismore Mazda and understandably at this time of year we were advised that it couldn’t be looked at until mid January.

After our fantastic NRMA service mechanic looked at the car, the Mazda mechanics were kind enough to pop over and share their expertise allowing a diagnosis to be made and after discussion, Mazda squeezing us in to complete the repair allowing us to complete our journey home and not have our car stranded 600km away from home for an undetermined period.

I would like to specifically highlight how dedicated was a sales guy Jayden, that was the most pleasant experience of dealing with a sales person so far, no pushing to do anything, helping with all my questions. I was looking for a specific model and color, and called multiple dealerships but Jayden was the one who was really willing to help and found the best deal for me, suitable for my timeframe as well. Jayden handed over a car to me a couple of days earlier when it was expected which was amazing, and helped me with an introductory drive as well. It was very very nice experience in general without any worries. I can recommend this centre and Jayden specifically if you're looking for an assistance of buying a new car.

Extremely happy with my Lismore Mazda experience!
Went to see Harley on a Monday with a view to purchasing my new car and was adamant about what I wanted in terms of colour, features etc. Expected to be waiting a while for my chosen car yet I took delivery of it just 1 week later on the following Monday!
These guys are slick, I could not have hoped for a better outcome. Special shout-out to Hannah in the service department and also Sonya who fine tuned all the extras. Great work guys!

The staff at Lismore Mazda are welcoming. Harley, who sold me my car, was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the purchase of my new BT-50 went well. He took the time to explain the features on the car and answer my many, many questions. I highly recommend Lismore Mazda.

A really positive experience. Second new Mazda I’ve bought from the Lismore dealership. I was well taken care of by Samuel Jeffrey. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always available for my questions. Ultimate professional, knows his Mazdas, genuine guy and worked hard to make sure I was happy with my CX-30. Best car buying experience I have had.
The Staff at Lismore Mazda made my experience buying a new vehicle an absolute breeze. Jayden who I worked with took care of all my enquiries on the spot very quickly and if he was unsure of any detail found the answer and got right back to me, which was great.
Having brought 6 cars in my time this is the first time I've come across a dealer that made the process so easy and that let me make a decisions at my own pace and not send emails or call every other day chasing up my business, which was awesome because of my busy schedule at work.
Absolutely recommend if your in the market for a new car.

Lismore Mazda have the best friendly people we have ever met , Jess the sales lady was so friendly and helpful making our journey buying the new Mazda CX9 GT great, we picked the car up on a Friday and Monday we received a phone call from Jess asking if everything was OK and if we had any problems , so far we are enjoying the Mazda CX9 it's a beautiful,comfortable ride and we are very happy with it . Also had a follow up call from Ryan to see if everything is going OK.....great service guys .

Purchased our new BT50 from Lismore Mazda,
Samuel was understanding of mine and my partners needs, was understanding, knowledgeable and patient. We both felt inclusive in the dealing without being pushed on a particular purchase.

We picked up our New CX-5 from Lismore Mazda yesterday and couldn’t be more happy with the service provided from Mikayla! She was incredibly easy to deal with, friendly and knowledgeable. Emails and calls were always answered promptly and nothing was ever too much trouble.
