I went into the Lismore Square Mathers today to return a pair of school shoes I'd bought online (i didnt realise my mistake at the time - I'd bought them from Williams not Mathers). Despite this, Sharon was amazing! Her customer service skills are exceptional. She made the process super easy, gave me directions on how to return them and couldn't have been more helpful. She was so professional and i was truly impressed! So impressed that I have taken the time to tell everyone about it and write this review! Truly incredible. Thanks Sharon for your kindness and for not making me feel like a dill!

Went in today looking for work shoes after a horrible customer service experience at Athletes foot and the lady that served us here was so absolutely wonderful I could have cried! Attentive, knowledgeable, kind, caring fantastic customer service!! Thank you so much!!

Know the staff! Love their knowledge of the products sold and love that they know me by name. Why would you buy shoes, which must be comfortable anywhere else but locally.
