Thank you Sam for your excellent customer service. Sam saw me trying to navigate the exit with a trolley and an injured hand. He immediately stopped doing trolleys and gathered my purchase and put it in the vehicle. What an inspiration this young man is, thank you so much for your help today.

Well worth becoming a Dan Murphys member. Excellent discounts on a wide range of beverages. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable in helping to choose the right product. Very spacious parking, although only accessible from one side of Ballina Road, but not too far from the 5 ways roundabout coming from Ballina direction.

I always love going to Dan's, there is always something that I like at a good price. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The range of wines is good, plus other drinks are provided for everyone's selection. I also like to order on line and can usually pick up within an hour, (but because I live further away, I have never had a problem).

Always has stocked 'Mix Masters' cocktail range (flavours), so many Liquor stores don't stock at all.

5 stars for staff; friendly and helpful. Helped me find the cider that I was looking for. Great friendly service at the register.
Its a shame that whoever is responsible for buying stock can't maintain supplies of products that we get used to. E.g. Saxton cider with no added preservative.
