They have an excellent range of products. There are also a range of recycling bins for cables, damaged electronic goods and batteries etc, though the latter will cease by end February as there are more places taking old batteries. Great service.

Djon helped with lots of information about ipads and tablets.

Excellent service from the staff at Lismore Officeworks. They helped me load a large printer onto a trolley and made sure I had the right one.
There was a minor and rare mix-up with an item I'd purchased online for pickup and they didn't shift blame, make me fell stupid or come up with excuses. They apologised and sorted the issue out very quickly.

Very well set out, with heaps of stock.

Easy access, plenty of parking, wheelchairs access via lift from inside parking lot. Friendly staff greeting upon arrival, always helpful, great range of stationery, canteen or home supplies and accessories, office furniture, computers, mobile phones and laptops.

This has to be one of the best customer service shops I have been in.
You are greeted at the door with a lovely friendly smile, you are quickly served if need be otherwise left alone and service at Checkout is immediate.
There is an enormous car park, passport photo supplies, Printing Supplies, computer access and of course no end of office supplies etc.
I was very impressed with the store in Lismore.

I was so impressed with the customer service yesterday that I had to let everyone know. They werent just interested in a sale but gave us suggestions and advice on possible solutions to fix our old printer. We bought a new printer but were given the option to return it if we had success with our old computer.

One of the most helpful and friendly businesses in town. Nothing is too hard. Very very good when you make a mistake and want to return something. Opening hours are super useful. Great parking.
