Conqueror Australia

On Monday 22nd February we purchased our UEV 490 ST!!! We cannot wait for the build to start and us to get on the road and do our big lap of Aus hopefully end of this year. We dealt with Peter who spent numerous hours with us answering all questions we had and customising our camper, we had a good experience dealing with the conqueror team and can't give enough props to how easy it was to deal with them !! We can't wait for the the journey to start! ONCE MORE BIG SHOUT OUT TO PETER!!!!

We loved our experience beginning to end! Customer service was flawless, the team members even took their own time and stayed back to give us training on how to use and unpack the Campers ! Thank you to the guys at Heatherbrae we couldn’t be any more happier !

Really tough product
Extreme camping trip starts with a Conqueror

Absolute nightmare of a camper and company to deal with. Defects from day 1, leaked on the first night. The original camper we looked at was a great top built product, the one we were sold was a cheaply built piece of rubbish. Leaked on the first night, storage compartments filled with water on the first drive. The whole right side was damaged, obviously when built, and they covered it up with the canvas awning. Drive from NSW to Vic the day we picked it up, all freeway and highway driving and the left hand suspension gave up by the time we were home. This is supposed to be an off road camper and couldn’t handle highway roads!! The list goes on. 2 years of arguing with the company we finally got our money back. 100% would not recommend going through this company!

I had a really bad experience.
Defects defects and more defects, gave Conqueror the opportunity to give me a report on how they would fix with no resolution between myself and Conqueror.
Had to go to VCAT and settle on a discounted refund and sent a top of the line UEV-490 platinum back.

Conqueror is a brilliant camper trailer however I would do your own research about the level of support offered by the Australian Distributor before purchasing.

Fraudulent and have lost their licence to sell/trade conquerors.
