The staff here were very kind and helpful when my mum was buying some wine for a gift. They even helped her out with changing notes so she could put money into some Easter cards for her great grand children. Thanks so much for going above and beyond!

BWS at Jesmond always have the most awesome staff ready to help you with your liquor purchase. The staff are keen as mustard, really seem to enjoy working there, and seem honestly interested in genuine customer service. This is why I keep going back regardless of what specials are on at the time :)
