Looking for somewhere to go in Swansea for Australia day. Osmond reserve at the back side of the caravan park is a great place. Good facilities parking, showers toilets and grassy areas on the lakeside to relax on. The foreshore shallow waters are great for kids. A popular place for learning to paddle boards and introduce toddlers to marine environment. Wheel chair access with good pathways. Be warned Aust day you need to get in early as the place is such well know for family and group gatherings. Enjoy Swansea and Lake Macquarie foreshore here.
