Couldn't have asked for better service from Tanya & Dave. I have met them both in person and they are both lovely. Outstanding advise and knowledge of the products they provide. Thank you both so much, I'm certain Ill order from you again.

I received a portion of my order a few weeks ago with a few notes of backorder written on it. But that's understandable with the pandemic related shipping errors and delays.
Tanya was very patient and kind in addressing any of my concerns or questions about the delayed stock and shipping.
I am very happy with the service and will likely shop again once I can work out the error I seem to have with contacting them again.

Just a small note to thank Tanya for the breast forms and bras. The Transform Premier Classic size 6 forms are just so nice, as is the cradle box they arrived in. The web sites sizing guide was perfect.

The covid 19 situation impacted the normal quick delivery of the items, however the wait was worth it. In between I emailed and phone Tanya, who is just so nice to chat to. Highly recommend.

I wore my breast forms today to crown casino in melb , they are perfect , the help I got selecting was amazing I highly recommend the store and thier service

last order I placed with them 4 months ago I never received and they haven't responded to my emails pretty poor

I attempted to contact the staff at this company a couple of weeks ago however for some reason they never answer the phone, at times its not even connected.
No response from emails either.
Obviously they don't want any more customers.
There's a much better breastform business located in Quernsland anyway, I recommend giving this shonky company a big miss!

Poor communication and attitude, out of touch with the LGBTQIA+ community - avoid seller outright or proceed with caution.

This is the Australian franchise for The Breastform Store (located in the US) and works completely independently from them. The US store is fantastic but the AU franchise is run by one person with poor business ethics.

Product queries submitted via their webpage are not addressed promptly, with the customer having to follow up with the US store to get information. Big ticket item orders are not processed in a timely fashion and customer service outright refuses to correspond via email, yet strangely will spend the time to send repeated emails demanding you call them on the phone. Many trans folks have anxiety around their voices, clearly they are ignorant of this or do not care. Looking at these google reviews where they respond saying "we have no customer on file by this name" also shows a massive disconnect from the LGBTQIA+ community, did it even cross your mind these may be crossdressers or trans folks who have not full time transitioned so the order names may not match?

Premium products but the worst possible online retail experience - Ironically I felt discriminated throughout my dealing with them, however I can't say enough good things about the US store.

I have been waiting weeks for my order, have tried to contact through email and phone many times with no answer, absolutely terrible! I would recommend not to buy from this place! And I have seen the reviews from others who have said the same thing so don’t reply with there is no order from me because I have proof! I will be seeking a refund!!
