Got my ears pierced today. Alexandra took great care and made the whole process a fantastic experience. Really exceptional service and advice, I was very impressed. She’s an excellent asset to the store. Keep up the good work :)

We would like to thank Swansea Discount Drug Store for going the extra mile to get our scripts filled and delivered while we were in quarantine. In particular Amy. It's been quite stressful for a household of 4 and they made our day with good old fashioned service.

I witnessed the chemist and staff apologise to a customer whose script was not available. Their apologies were genuine and sincere, clearly they care about the customers. It was heart-warming to see.

Great chemist. Well stocked. Large range of health supplements. Good quality beautiful gift range. Very service orientated friendly staff. Highly recommend. Wheelchair access.

Happy with the opening hours at this chemist very convenient thankyou. I haven't had a long wait and staff are nice so much appreciated.

Very nice store, reasonable location for me, and staff are friendly with good service, but once again....
My regular monthly medications cost $74 compared to $46 at Chemist Warehouse. All generic brands. I would like to support local business but cannot justify and afford the convenience.
