Good collection of products, swift processing and great customer service. Packaging was way above standard. My item was also gift wrapped - usually on other platforms the sellers charge extra for gift wrapping. Also bubble wrapped and water proofed.
Very happy and will definitely buy again.

Sorry this is a late review but I ordered items over a month ago and went abit crazy in the online store, the selection they have is the best I've seen and I was able to get everything I wanted at great prices, Tim holtz stamp sets I bought 2 and more of the distress oxides which some colours were just not available else where confetti had them and at a great price. I love also that I can order 49 & market and the other fantastic creators instead of going to there individual sites .I'm planning on heading to Swansea to shop instore as it looks like a scrapbookers dream, thank you for the quick delivery of my order and packaged so lovingly. Just received my delivery and was really pleasantly surprised at how beautifully wrapped it was! It felt like a birthday present just for me! Very special 😍 they have a terrific range too. I did not expect to get the new Prima moulds so easily in Australia as nowhere else had them. Super fast shipping too. I will be back!!

Carol and Helen are wonderful teachers. They are both lovely ladies and so creative and helpful. Do yourself a favour, get into this store and see the beautiful products and ask about their workshops.

It’s really a thrill to meet a business owner living in the moment with a business created from her passion and enthusiasm for craft. Immediately obvious is the carefully curated collection of scrap booking supplies, tools and many completed projects on display. It’s no wonder people travel from interstate and make almost a pilgrimage to the store whether for a weekend of lessons or a browse and purchase. There are few if any other craft stores quite like it in the region.

We had a problem today but the staff sorted it promptly. It's always nice to see what exciting things are in store! And there really are lots of goodies for one and all.

Incredibly well stocked, with great range of items and tools for scrapbooking/cardmaking/mixed media and other forms of art. Very helpful and attentive staff. Many activities - lately quite a few sadly not running because of COVID. Looking forward for them to start again!

I have never found a craft shop where the people working there will stop and take the time to help you as much as here. The classes are amazing. I’m hemiplegic (my left arm does not work right) however the amazing girls here, always make sure I am up to date and able to complete even the most complicated classes to create a superb piece of art like everyone else in the class. I totally recommend ‘The Scrapbooker Confetti Box’. I travel for an hour each way just because their valuable assistance is hard to find in any other craft, art supply shop I have been too. They have even been able to get me some hard to find tools to make my artwork, craft easier and more fun.

I discovered this gem of a shop quite by accident. Now I must visit every time I am in the Swansea area. You'll find just about everything you ddin't know you must have for your mixed media and memory making crafts here at The Scrapbookers Confetti Box.
In 2019 Carol, the owner is expanding her guest teacher's workshop. Look out because there are awesome teachers lined up to inspire you.
