I came into this grocery store about a week ago looking for a particular type of noodles and unfortunately they didn't have them but the lady that worked there was super nice and helpful with searching for them for me and when she couldn't find them, took a picture of the ones I wanted on her phone and told me that she would order them in for me. I came back in today and there they were on the shelf! I bought 3 packets and she even remembered me and I will definitely be back to buy other items in the future! It's rare to find the level of customer service that they have here, you especially wouldn't find it in places like Woolies and coles! 10/10 would recommend!

It's a very good supermarket and I can find a lot of good little Japanese and Korean snacks in there. There are also a lot of good vegetables and fruits, like Thai aubergines, which I have never seen in Newcastle before. All in all this supermarket has everything I need. It's really great.

Excellent choice of products. Prices are competitive. Helpful staff that speaks English. Have you ever tried durian? They have it. Do you know what a snakehead is? They have it too. Quite an amazing grocery, actually.

The prices were a bit high compared to the Asian supermarkets in Sydney.

It's a very good supermarket and I can find a lot of good snacks in there. There are also a lot of good vegetables and fruits, which I have never seen in Newcastle before. All in all this supermarket has everything I need. It's really great.
