I had an excellent experience today, first time to the store and whilst it was busy as they were having a sale, the staff, Jocelyn in particular were beyond helpful and accommodating, clean store, plenty of stock in multiple sizes (which is helpful when shopping for 3 young boys) overall great experience Thankyou especially to Jocelyn!

Love country road and always shop at this store. Staff are always so lovely and helpful. However super disappointed that after spending $200 on 3 baby items today to get home (45 minutes from the store) and go to show my family the items I had bought for my son only to see that the security tag was still attached to one of the items!

Was not provided access into store with my COVID-19 clearance from NSW. I'm sure this goes against the public health orders and directive from NSW Health. What a disgrace
