Coles Liverpool Westfield

I had a problem with my order and wanted to return a lot of the groceries costing about $94.88 and the customer service staff Minda at Liverpool Westfield Cole’s was very professional and able to call the manager as well. On a Thursday night when the Coles was so busy, she was able to sort out the return quickly and professionally and did not hesitate with anything. Thanks a lot Minda for making my experience amazing and I will be shopping here again because of your experience with Coles!

Just like anywhere else you have nice or bad people with bad customer relations skills Well Coles in Liverpool ROCKS awesome helpful staff .. every time I have been there I as a customer have been satisfied with the service and the products I have purchased..

I love going down to my local bakery at Coles in Liverpool, nsw. The girls are always cheerful and singing, and in these uncertain times where people are rushing around it’s good to stop and have a chat with Anna or Deb, and live a bit normal for a minute. Keep it up girls.
They are front line workers and am much appreciated of their hard work. I think coles should be supplying them with face masks-every body goes there! They are breathing in everyone’s air. Please supply then with enough protective wear to keep them safe.

The only coles that seem to have my Felix catfood in stock all the time. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Went with my cousin and walked up and down each aisle looking for bargains as well as what was on our shopping list. Got my exercise steps in that day!

Not too crowded. Many items/products/food/snacks. Acceptable prices. Butcher staff seemed a bit annoyed when I ordered for my drum sticks. I realised I should take more since 1kg isn’t enough. She didn’t seem too happy but I still got my drum sticks in the end. I would come back :)

Coles is easy and convenient for me, staff and customers are helpful when I need to reach something from the self if I'm not able to reach it myself.

Got what I needed and was in and out quickly

I had not been to Coles for a long while due to covid making people hord toilet paper and other things. Also previously I was real annoyed due to the fact that they only ever had one check out open and 50 people waiting for self check out.

Today was different!! upgraded store and many open checkouts so I was impressed. I noticed that there weren't many specials and prices on some items were shocking, but that's no fault of Coles as inflation going UP....were doomed!!

Down Down Prices are Down, pleasant shopping experience and not only are the everyday prices low but the special are better than any other competitors, a week later you can expect Woolies to copy as usual with the same prices.

A well set out Coles. It looked clean with well stocked shelves and they had great fresh produce. They had some great specials, so as always I bought more groceries than planned. This Coles is in a very convenient location in Liverpool Westfield. The staff are friendly and provide great customer service.
