Telstra Macarthur Square

Walked in to buy a watch and ended up changing my service provider. Best decision ever! Got help from Hassan and I must say he knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable and hands down one of the best service people I’ve been served by. He was very quick with the sign up and changing my service provider over. Didn’t waste no time and got down to business. So yes thank you Hassan, hope you fix your headlights 🤣

I needed assistance to get an eSim activated. I booked an appointment last Saturday, and the service assistant (didn't get his name, unfortunately) who helped me was really knowledgeable. I was in and out of the store within 10 to 15 minutes. My issue was resolved, and the staff did an amazing job 👏 Very happy with today's service and with the outcome of my query today.

My partner and I came in store today to switch phone providers - Harry from the macarthur square store was very kind and helpful!

Rob was an absolute star! For some reason my confirmed appointment didn't register in the stores diary but the team were very accommodating. I had multiple business account queries/changes to action and Rob did these with very little fuss and even found time to recommend the best coffee shop while I waited a few mins. Cracking service and positive experience!

Tried to leave this review on the Telstra website but was unable to, I'd just like to give feedback in regards to one of your employees Aaliyah.

She was incredibly patient, kind and helpful and took her time to not only ease our concerns but resolve them with us.

She spoke to the online billing/complaints team and on my partners behalf outlining the issues and working towards resolving the issue and was able to address and resolve the problems we've been dealing with for the past 6 months by asserting herself with the online team.

Overall I'm incredibly impressed with her genuine and nuanced approach and ability to get done what needs to be done, 10/10 customer service!

On Friday 1st July 2022 around 3pm a young friendly staff (Tyron ? - sorry don't really get his name) helped me thoroughly transferring my mobile to Telstra prepaid: thank you for your great Customer Service and all the useful information.

And today 2nd of September 2022 telstra team plus the store manager Mr.Rob especially helped me extra and beyond by saving me from losing almost 200,000 telstra points (because i hadn't spent them and they were in the risk of expiring). Thank you so much and FIVE STARS ☆☆☆☆☆ to Rob & team; he is professional and a customer service expert with integrity and honesty, may he be one of our future leaders.

Very welcoming on entrance of store.
Simply got our details down as there was a 15 minute wait, got a text 10 mins later saying to come back someone will be ready to serve us right away.
Went back to see Paul, he was very helpful and patient with all our questions.
Best Telstra store around that's for sure.

Very impressed. The guys were professional and stayed back after closing to finalise what I needed. Jesse was great. Sat me down asked what I use the phone for as they are very versatile nowadays and even managed to give me additional data for no cost.
