Excellent service. came out the same day to fix our damaged refrigerator, identified the issue in about 15 minutes, and placed an order for the necessary item. returned five days later to install the item when it had come in. After that, when we were still experiencing issues with our water dispenser, the engineer contacted us within 24 hours and came back to solve the problem (a small freeze in the water line). Excellent service; I can't speak highly enough about them!

The Home Appliance Doctor will definitely be used again. Excellent customer service from the receptionists, and the technician was scheduled much sooner than I had anticipated (he was scheduled for two days, but an opening opened up that afternoon). They let me know they were coming early to make sure I was home.
