Neat, smallish hardware and timber store. Really good service from knowledgeable staff. Not as big a range as big box stores, but easy to find what you need.

So I walked in at 4:57pm , 3 minutes prior to closing for a last minute purchase on a cold and wet Monday night. Three staff members were still there. They were friendly, helpful and didn't at all come across annoyed even though I'm sure they wanted to get home. I was in and out in a few minutes, but seriously, this was above and beyond. I'm going back here for all my hardware purchases now.

I have purchased from them so many times and never had any problem there. When interact with team members, it feels like you are with your mates or your relatives! Very friendly and super helpful. You always can count on them!

The only place on the North Shore that had 100mm PVC. Due to circumstances I didn’t end up getting it but they had it. When I called up to find the young lad on the phone was polite and helpful and knew without drama that they had it in stock. 5/5 for excellent service and I never even went there.

There is a nice Young chap called fred burns. He is very helpful and he helps carry concrete to my big truck. He is very nice and helpful

I always visit H&G Hornsby as my first point of call. 95% of the time they have what I want. They also have free home delivery, which proved excellent today while self-isolating, but needing supplies. Well done!

This is a nice store for people in Hornsby Asquith area . Their prices are same or lower than Bunnings most of the times. Of course options are not as many. But if you know what you want this is a good place to go. It saves a long drive to Thornleigh.

Very knowledgeable and friendly people! Unaware of which tap ware was appropriate, the manager went out of their way to assist us in answering our plumbing questions and providing available solutions. Great place to shop for hardware!

Probably not the widest range of products, but the people here are warm, and willing to reach out and help. Which is very important when you are doing any DIY works.

I was looking for something a bit unusual and didn't find it (staff were friendly and helpful assisting my search). Found some good deals on several other things I hadn't managed to locate at Bunnings, so walked out with some useful stuff anyway!

Really helpful , friendly staff. Very convenient for picking up cement, bricks, potting mix and all those other items straight into the boot of your car. Alan
