UNIQLO Hornsby Westfield

This store is like the Ikea for clothes. UNIQLO stocks an extensive range of affordable basics for men, children and women. The store itself can be tricky to navigate with clothes displayed in tightly packed rows and columns. Whilst it can seem overwhelming, staff are friendly and seem more than happy to help you navigate the choice.

Went to the sale section and found three shirts, just my size, $15 each. Went to the counter and used my membership, and got the for $5 each instead. Welp, thanks for the discount 👍

Went to get some warm clothes for kid, staff was extremely helpful. Checked both instore and systems for size etc. very good service.

Did not buy anything during the visit. Store is nice and bright, very clean and tidy. Was hoping to get some colorful hoodies, but they only have creamy white, black, dark green dark blue. Oh no. What a pity. Why no sharp blue or orange?

Free hemming service on pants purchased here, usually within the hour. Plus uniqlos surprisingly good quality clothes.

Not as crowded as the other branches but still can find all the products. Their clothing are the best and you'll definitely find something that suits you

Quality products and quality service. I’ve shopped here about 6 times in the past 2 months and the team members on the floor have been helpful, friendly and attentive.
Staff at the counters and in the dressing rooms are also well trained and friendly.

The clothing is reasonably priced and very high quality. I’ve bought jeans, sweaters, socks, pants, shirts, and they’ve all been great quality.
The cut of the clothing suits my body shape most of the time (skinny and tall) which I don’t find at many other clothing retailers, where the sizing tends to cater towards 5 foot rugby players and no one else ;)

Went there to exchange two items I bought online, received excellent customer service. Should've asked for the staff member's name but I think her name was Tara or Tasha.

Had to swap two shirts I bought due size and style. Tara was efficient with her service and brought me the correct size of one of the shirts, and alternative styles for other shirt which they did not have at a diff size. These purchases were important as I sometimes wear them for work, so thank you very much, Tasha, for your friendly and quick service. The rest of the staff were terrific also. Cheers.

Big UNIQLO shopper here, always purchased in-store. Passed by Hornsby earlier and added four more pieces to my collection. Loves every one I've bought.

This place is well organised. As you enter, right is for ladies and left is for men while in the back is the kids section.staffs are professional at their job. Good selection of clothes as well as a lot of stuff on discount as well.

I love Uniqlo in general, but this particular store is just good for having full range, plenty of space between the isles, easy to get around with the pram, easy to find stuff that you need. (unlike the one in Macquarie shopping center where the shelves are just crammed next to each other)
