No Spark Electrical

I was recommended this company through a Facebook community group as my partner had just endured emergency surgery and had been released home and was not coping with the heat in the middle of a Queensland summer. Jake listened to my story and had two aircons installed in less than 36 hours for my partner. The company went out of their way to schedule an appointment for us and completed it within our budget, using the airconditioners of our specification within a time frame of a day and a half. Incredible service.

After trying to get a electrican to come out and quote for 3 weeks, i found Jake in the local community fb page. I was able to get the work i wanted done within 3 days, price can in within budget. Very happy to have the extra work i wanted finished.

Worst experience we have ever had with an electrician. They were called to do an easy job that was to be an insurance job. He agreed to do the job knowing he would have to wait for the insurance money. Half way through the job he changed his mind and wouldn’t complete the job without payment. Now 4 years later they have just gotten another $460 out of me to complete the work but he still refuses to finish it. Sadly it now has been taken to the accc, qcat and qld police. He is now saying he won't fix it because he knows I am trying to sell the house and it will impact the sale.
