T2 Tea - MacArthur Square

I broke my cup lid recently. Came to store and asked if I could buy one. The manager of the store gave me one free! But guess it's a perfect match. Thank you so much.

Such a lovely team. I ordered something on line and the autocorrect captured the wrong address. The cusotmer service line was very aggressive but the local MCarthur staff in store sorted things out and got my items to the correct place. Made my mother in lasw so happy

Love the variety of Tea pots and tea cups here. Brought a gift for my mother in law, beautifully wrapped. Lovely service from the girls at this store.

I was greeted by a wonderful staff member today who let me know of all the specials they were having at the moment. She even gave me some wonderful recommendations and helpful tips on storing tea. I really appreciated the exceptional customer service I had recieved by this staff member.
Unfortunately, i did not ask for her name but she was truly wonderful and extremely helpful.

Went to T2 today and met Alexa, she was extremely helpful and patient (even after I spilt tea on the floor and knocked over a display at the counter) and let my friend and I try so many different teas until we found the ones we loved including 3 that Alexa recommended. Will definitely be back to buy a bunch more. Excellent customer service and great staff! 10/10 YASSS

T2 Macarthur provided me with exceptional expertise and great customer service. They have such a vast range that it makes it hard to chose, but a shout out to Ross who helped me out by working out what I liked and made some great suggestions. I'll definitely be back as he was spot on.

Lovely store, super friendly staff and pricing is very goid. They have great samples to try before you buy and wilk show you how to blend your teas.

They have free samples if tea for trying. You can buy cups of tea and iced tea. Good range of tea and tea cups etc. Staff are so nice.
