Great equipment. Staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. A real community feel.

Only gripe is that the RSL could spend some money on the change rooms

I’ve been going to this gym for a few months, and I love it. The gym equipment is new, and the place is spacious and clean.
I also find the staff kind and helpful. They’re unlike other gym’s staff who force you to buy the membership or PT classes.

A big shoutout to Jordan from the fitness team and Ash from CHRSL management team! Their dedication and exceptional service truly stand out. We appreciate all your efforts! Thank you both for going above and beyond 🙏

Definitely best gym in the area, heaps of cardio machines and lots of space to work out, very nice and friendly staff and amazing environment.

I’m going to give castle hill fitness gym a 5/5 purely on the outstanding flawless customer service of Reamon, the manager. He will greet you every time, know you by name, make sure your membership and experience is perfect, really genuine guy who goes above and beyond. It adds a personable element to what is a great gym that’s always undergoing improvements of some kind/always keeping up to date.

Best gym I’ve been to! The staff are wonderful and all are super helpful. Remon is the most lovely soul you will ever meet! It is always clean and the machinery are maintained very well!

Great classes for seniors! Live long stay strong!

The aquatic centre is not very big but still is excellent for kids and adults! The changing rooms were all very clean and the showers had three types of soap (or is it shampoo and conditioner?). Very Sanitary and great place for swimming!

Great set up. Busy because it is good. Many P platers causing safety concerns to other patrons so until they grow up, they’re out. Good move gym. Excellent range of trainers. Olympians and other exceptional sportspeople train here regularly so must give others confidence that this is a great gym with good staff.

Nice refreshing 25m length and ~1.2m deep swimming pool to get fit. Public lanes are available from 7am on weekdays. Also they have a very good Gym with a beautiful people inside 💪👱👱‍♂

Friendly staff, clean facilities. James the PT Was able to adapt my program so that my knees didn’t hurt. I’m enjoying the PT training as it helps to motivate me. The new cycling and other equipment is easy to log onto.The drinks in the juice bar are yummy

Love the 5am to 11pm opening hours, the huge timetable for group fitness classes and the variety and suitability for the wide cross-section of members. Staff are friendly, helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The sense of community in this gym sets it apart from many others.

Very disappointed with Lauren, one of the trainers at the gym. She is rude, unprofessional and quite frankly she is inexperienced and unenthusiastic.
All other staff are extremely helpful, knowledgable and polite, hence the 5 stars.

Really good. Staff were exceptional. It's an awesome place. Easy parking near door around the back.

I loved this place I spent practically most of my childhood here just trying to get the damn bronze level. Many fond memories of this place including that one time I nearly drowned and nobody was around which was funny (I was young, I swear can swim) .

Pool closed until 14th Feb 2020. Gymnastics have good trainers. Gym ok, but other options close by.

Juice bar very natural and strong bitter coffee.

Good gym good people been going for a long time.Staff are always friendly and helpful not sure why so many negative reviews don’t really use the pool so can’t comment there but the gym is great and always updating/upgrading its facilities.

I absolutely love C2k group fitness classes. I have learnt so much and trainers are so friendly. They make sure your posture is correct and you are lifting properly. Huge thank you to all c2k staff. Xx

Lots of holiday swimming lessons. Good infrastructure and staff. lots of parking. Water seemed to be having less chlorine smell compared to another pool we visited.
