i never had great experiences at General Pants, staff always snobby & kinda rude but recently i’ve been lucky enough to have a different experience thanks to an employee named Gemma. hands down absolute asset to this store & company. someone give this girl a raise

Lots of Pants and Jeans

Went there on Boxing Day along with many other stores. Had a great experience at other shops however the young ladies at the front counter were really unhelpful, talked down to us and were rude. I was taking my 11 year old daughter out for shopping trip spending her own money to teach her a valuable lesson in life skills. So thanks for showing her that everybody isn't nice, that's a real life lesson I guess. Definitely won't be back - really disappointed ☹
