Dr Claire Rayner, our family Dr , best Doctor we have ever had. Brought our little girl into this world from beginning to end. Straight onto other health issues with my wife. Very professional and caring Doctor.

Dr Miles was very attentive and his treatment helped a lot with my condition, thanks very much!

Never had much problems, but waiting in waiting room sometimes a bit to long.

Awful clinic. They churn through doctors, receptionists are rude, practice manager is rude and incompetent and you can never get through without sitting through the longest telephone answering message I've ever heard. This is a money grabbing clinic whose priority appears to be billing. The waiting time is often ridiculous. I recently received a call asking if I could come in for an earlier appointment. I duly turned up the hour earlier and waited for 1.25hrs making it later than my original appointment!

Dr Miles took me on as a patient when I moved from Lakes, he than refused after a month to prescribe the only thing that helps with my spasms. Sent me to a specialist who I saw for over 2 years, and he was able to help me, but Jarrod didn’t like it. Than he went away for 3 months and passed me to Dr Daniel, in which would not deal with my pain management, after I sent him a message telling him to cancel my Permit , he than rang and left a message for me to find another GP, in which I still have, in a voice message!,,

Can't say the disappointing reviews surprise me. Been a patient here for a number of years and service has deteriorated. If you try and book on Hot Doc all the doctors are "unavailable". It's difficult to get through on the phone to get an appointment. Have to wait 4 to 6 weeks to see a doctor. Can't get in to see my own doctor at all. Basically you have to plan ahead to get sick! During the appointment, Doctor looks at the clock all the time trying to get rid of you ASAP. If they're clock watching then they can't be listening to you or be interested. Verdict: Very unresponsive, rude and dismissive.

Shocking waiting times( over 1 hour) regardless of having an appointment. If you don’t turn up for an appointment still get charged but what about all the time sitting around in waiting room.
Obviously over booking and not enough time allocated for each appointment.

If I could put zero stars I would. My elderly mum who has dementia has been coming to this clinic all her life only through lack of choice. Recently has been interstate and has had dr’s appointments only to discover many underlying health concerns that have been dismissed and missed by the Dr’s at this clinic in Bairnsdale.
The administration of this clinic also leaves a lot to be desired too with continual errors being made about family contacts and correspondence of medical information.

They are the rudest people, I had contacted them for a referral of a client and Ms veronica & ms Inca were extraordinarily rude. Didn’t get the referral and had to listen to her foul language. Would not recommend going or even seeing a doctor at this clinic.
