Very econical

The newer location at Macarthur Square has spacious and well lit dressing rooms. The stock is updated regularly and you get what you pay for! Every now and then I find a good piece that I love and the price makes it all worth it.

Fairly rude customer service, the blonde showed a lack of initiative and care - only providing arrogant, blunt responses. But heaps of gratitude towards the brunette who gave kind suggestions and help. I work in retail too and can guarantee was not being self-entitled.

The girls who work at this store are so unfriendly..i used to love shopping here but I'm not happy with the staff

i dont even know if i need to explain. clearly no care from store workers about a new mannequin in the store front. glad to see they're targeting a new audience of young delinquent male children

Will not return to this store. The Customer service by the young blonde behind the counter was disgusting. She spent the entire 30 minutes I was in store trying on clothes talking to a friend about there weekend. There was myself and 2 other woman in the change rooms and was given nil attention at all. The change rooms were disgusting with black piles of dust all over the floors and rubbish in them all. Then when I had decided what i was going to purchase I stood at the counter for 5 minutes whilst she then decided to walk around the store and fix up all the racks. Yes she knew I was there waiting as she was looking at me the entire time. Her attitude was not of any service when she decided to come and serve me. I would of brought so much more from there but purchased the one thing i needed and left. I will go elsewhere with my Birthday money. I was not the only person in the store that noticed how rude she was being to everyone. I watched at least 9 customers that wanted to buy but refused because they either received no help even when asking for it or she just ignored them the entire time.

Yesterday morning I went to valley girl macarthur square, and there was a girl wearing white top and black skirt, I showed her a photo of a pink top and asked her if she can help me to find it out, she said we don’t have any pink left, then I asked her “do you know where these sorts of tops are?”- for other colour, as i couldn’t find them anywhere. She was like “WAIT! I’M GOING THERE”, she said it very rudely. I know they are busy, we do customer service too, but at least not like her, we never treat customers like this.

Attempted to tell me they couldn’t issue a refund for items purchased a day prior. Sales clerk was rude and dismissive from the beginning. When attempting to show their website states refunds can be done instore she was uninterested. Had to stand my ground for an hour while she rang her store manager and area manager to approve a refund. Then contacted their head office regarding incident and have yet to hear a word. AVOID AT ALL COSTS and reconsider shopping at Valley Girl as same company

Today i went for shopping here and i found the customer sercice was really disappointing. The girl in the counter was very rude and wasn’t maintaining the eye contact while i was asking about the dress. Never going back again..
