Don't know why they got bad reviews. I grew up with Chinese food. I know what's the best. Their dishes are amazing yummy 😋 reasonable price, friendly staffs. Shame that we are not local here or we will definitely come every week! Highly highly recommended!

I really hanging for sweet and sour fish, so placed an order to take away.

It was Friday, late afternoon, yet the meal was ready in under 15 mins. The food quite simply exceeded expectations. The sauce was perfect and not packed out with chunky vegetables; and the fish was perfectly cooked and tasty. Portion sizes of fish and rice will let me get 2 good sized meals from thos order.

It was one of the best S+S fish meals I've ever had, and wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend Dragon Garden Restaurant.

Only recently moving to Gympie, we thought we'd give it a go.
Most of the reviews are good so that's always good enough for us!
We ordered the duck in plum sauce and Singapore noodles which were both outstanding. Food came in a timely manner, was hot & plentiful.
My wife & I have both travelled extensively throughout Asia including China and Hong Kong, so we know when we are eating good Asian food.
The owner/chef, who has 38 years experience, took the time to come out and talk with all the diners. Our young waitress was also great and keen to please.
Will definitely be visiting on a regular basis.

No vegan options on the menu but if you ask, they'll serve you a lovely tofu and vegies with black bean or other sauce. Very nice.

Went for all you can eat buffet dinner, absolutely delicious. Dishes we'd never had from any other Chinese restaurant and would go as far as saying some of the best. Dragon garden steak, satay chicken and garlic pork were some of the stand outs. This place will draw us back to Gladstone. Loved it 👍👍👍

Excellent place. The food was spectacular, definitely some of the very best Chinese food I’ve ever tasted. The girls were very nice and that girl named Jesse was so kind too. Loved it definitely recommend

Ordered take away meal of Steamed dim sims, chicken & oyster sauce, chicken omelette & Special Fried Rice. This was so delicious! Loads of meat and veggies in Oyster Sauce meal! Special Fried Rice packed full of taste and ingredients! Cooked just as special fried rice should be!!! Chicken Omelette was sensational!! Would recommend anyone coming through Gympie as I am to definitely check them out for lunch or dinner!! 👌🏼😋

Beautiful food and super friendly staff. We will definitely be back. The meals were large. I had one of the chicken chefs specials that was beautiful. The chicken just melted. Cooked beautifully.

Had take away on Saturday night. Fantastic! I love this restaurant and have been going there since the Eighties. Enjoyed every mouthful. We are so lucky to have a restaurant with such high standard. I only have this from time to time. But I will be going back here every time. First class.
