Great food. Friendly service. Affordable prices. Highly recommend lunch at Mama Dee's Kitchen. I had a half Ruben sandwich so I could fit in dessert. And it was worth it! Yum! 😋 I loved the carrot sticks and ranch dressing on the side, it was a nice touch.

Perhaps the best Reuben sandwiches we have ever had, great coffee and nice décor. Fast and friendly staff, the place is also very popular with locals. Everything is freshly made, the salad bar looks great. Definitely one to go back to.

Great sandwich, nice staff and cute Cafe.$14 for a sandwich (their most expensive one to be fair) seemed a bit much 😂 But it was bloody good. Would I pay that much if there was a subway next door? Maybe sometimes when I wanted to go somewhere a bit less generic and was happy to pay the extra for it. I would defintily come back. Oh and their muffins were delicious too!

They call subway sandwich artists......they have nothing on these guys...great sandwichs. Most GF bread sucks but the bread here is light and fluffy.

This place never gets old, always get the same thing and I am always blown away at how good it is.

Drove over an hour just for these donuts and, let me tell you, I will be doing it again. Incredible donuts. Incredible. Really friendly staff too!

Had the original glazed donut and maple donut with a coffee for me and the wife it was amazing wish I lived closer and staff were super friendly 10 out of 10

Had a lovely fresh hand made sandwich from here. Great staff and very quick service. An easy to find eating place on your way through Gympie when you need a stop and a nice place to eat fresh food.

My husband and I come here at least twice a week for lunch dates. The sandwiches are premium quality and consistently delicious. We've tried a lot of the menu, from donuts to soup and smoothies, and no matter what we order we are always greeted with kind staff and delicious meals. If you're a regular or just swinging through Gympie for lunch you need look no further than Mama Dee's for a hearty homemade meal.

We had an early start to bring the John Deer down for servicing. Mama Dee's "Breakfast Sandwich" tempted us to stop for a breakfast back up. It certainly was mouthwatering, cooked to perfection, hubby gave the flat white the double thumbs up.Fast, efficient and friendly service . Recommend definetly.

Just stumbled upon this gem of a place while in Gympie town centre. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, not just with us but with every customer that walked in. We had coffees, milkshakes and muffins. Wish we had tried their sandwiches! Delicious! They also sell local home made goods. Plus all the products they use have been sourced from the Gympie region ! I also loved the layout and decor of this place - real plants and high ceiling. Highly recommend !

This was my breakfast. Avo n fetta on rye with a maple donut. Plus I had a delicious blueberry n banana smoothie but already drank it by the time the food came out. Always smiles and friendly service and the food is tasty. They serve their divine donuts every Wednesday and Friday. Make sure you're early.

A really nice place for lunch, food was good lots of people coming through only crit would be the seemed to be a disconect between ordering and barista it took a wile to get our coffees. I ordered a black and was asked if i wanted milk with that!?

Went here around lunch time with one of my mates, and each ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and ice chocolate. Firstly the service was good, there are places where the workers treat customer bad, but this was not one of them. After about 5 minutes the food came out and it was great, the flavours of the sandwich were amazing, and there are free carrot sticks and this sauce that tastes great. Every time I come back I always order that sandwich. Now I bring my mates to this place so they can be blessed with that sandwich too.
Edit: Went there again with my mates and they all loved it too. Will definitely be coming back with them again :)

It's very much a sandwiches-and-coffee lunch place. But the sandwiches! You can tell them how you want yours put together bespoke from their options, but my habit is just to turn the decisions over to them and enjoy what they do. The place has a few tables, seats 20, and has the ambience of a family-run place.

Want a tasty, relatively inexpensive sandwich for lunch? On Mary Street, you can't do better.

Huge loaded sandwiches (think meat on both sides of the bread and put together) a little on the expensive side but always very consistent and always very delicious.
