Shopping Express was 15% cheaper than the nearest competitor who was having a clearance sale. Ordered on the 12th, product arrived first thing on the 15th in perfect condition, couldn't be happier.

First class after-sales service from Jay at Shopping Express. A slight difference between two RAM chips (with same manufacturer part number) meant they would not work together in the PC. Shopping Express provided a free return label and promptly exchanged one RAM stick so the pair were identical and worked together. I have bought a few items from S.E. and they always arrive promptly and well packed. A really good reliable business to deal with.

I ordered an RTX 4080 recently and it was not in stock. As I needed it for a project, ShoppingExpress sent me another one that they have in stock that was slightly more expensive as no charge. The GPU arrived within a few days and was really well pack.

I have no idea what the people are complaining about. I have been using their services for 2 years and never had any problems. I found some really good bargains here as well. Things were always delivered on time. Last time, there was a problem with the delivery of the laptop, due to address issue (my fault) the support guy, James was super helpful and they shipped the package right away as soon as it got back to them. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use their services in future as well.

Amazing experience from Shopping Express. Ordered the wrong GPU on Sunday and was refunded the next day on Monday. Then ordered the correct GPU. Website said it would ship within 24 hours of payment, but after 48 hours on Wednesday, status was still for picking. Was building a PC for a friend who needed it by the weekend as he was leaving interstate. Emailed them and James confirmed it would be posted that day. Sure enough, item arrived the next day via Express Post. Overall a great experience from James who followed up on all my emails regarding my incorrect order and urgency. Thank You!

After being messed around by other vendors with my Ryzen 3900X order, I was able to contact these guys very easily by phone, email and reddit as well.
After confirming they had stock, being the only ones in AU with stock, I placed my order and it was shipped out same day. The reps are all nice, the Website is easy to use and gives you everything you need, and communication is great.
