Spotlight Alexandria

I am thoroughly impressed with the new Spotlight store in Alexandria. The size and layout is great and easy to navigate with wide aisles, making it accessible for prams and wheelchairs. The staff are super friendly and helpful which makes the whole experience even better. They are located on the top level of the Homemaker Centre and there is plenty of free parking.

There are always sales in Spotlights stores. If you have hobbies in making crafts or sewing, this is your ultimate destination for shopping.

Love ❤ this store, easy to get around as the aisles are reasonably well spaced apart. 90% of the time, it is tidy, and staff are helpful. It is a big enough store to find most things you want. Without being so big, it becomes overwhelming. The mall itself is also easy to get around, and there is lots of parking

We just got served by the amazing Klara! What a joy and easy process! Calm, confident with a genuine care that left me feeling ready to conquer the day! A big transaction aswell! I was nervous but there was no worries to be had with Klara around! Thank you Klara!

Good variety of items and quite clean and stocked well

I've never been to a spotlight store in my life so I had absolutely no idea about anything. Every employee acted like I was invisible and couldn't give me the time of day. The only reason I'm giving a 5 star rating is that one employee named Sammy was amazing and could sense I had no idea what I was after. She took me from section to section and make sure I got all that I needed. She's am asset to this business and all the other employees should hang their heads in shame.

I had the pleasure of dealing with the friendliest sales assistant, Klara, who simply went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth shopping experience. I will definitely choose to shop at this Spotlight location because of this one staff member and her professional, kind & helpful attitude. Thank you again !

Nice place to get all your special activities/events needs. Many various hand crafting materials and items event the little ones. Come on to explore and make your creative ideas come true. Enjoy it.

I had the best experience at Spotlight today. I wish I knew the name of the staff member! It was in the fabric department and she assisted me with a return/exchange. Her customer service was next level. Always a pleasure and I look forward to coming back again to say thanks!

This is a great site with all your creative needs. From sewing to cake decorating they are well stocked. The staff are super friendly and you can pay for certain items as you go instead of waiting in line at the registers.

Love spotlight I find it relaxing walking around, looking at different ideas. Sales people are always helpful. Worth a visit.

Lots of pretty fabrics! You can pretty much get anything you need for a sewing project here. Staff was also lovely.

Very helpful worker. Helped me get the pattern and cloths, and helped my daughter save some money on quilting/crafting squares.

Love this spotlight, it's never crowded when I go, staff are helpful and always find what I'm looking for. The children's play area in the complex is a big plus when I take my granddaughter

Wheelchair accessible, huge store with lots and lots of variety.

Unlike the Bondi store, the staff here are so helpful, happy and knowledgeable. There isn’t stuff all over the floor blocking aisles it’s very clean!
