Fantastic Customer Service from Snehal, who went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, and work out the best prices, Mary was also excellent, efficient at the counter, along with Sunny who was very professional and friendly, and I am glad to say that after a prior not so great experience last year, the staff on deck now more than make up for it. I recently visited The Good Guys Alexandria store, a gentleman Matthew K helped me.

Matthew listened carefully to my needs, inquired about my amenities at home and learned about my lifestyle, then according to these, he carefully selected a few items for me to choose.

His product knowledge is amazing - the quality and characteristic of each product. In the end, I was satisfied with what I needed for my new kitchen.

I would like to appraise his service, attitude and professionalism which is hard to find in recent years. I wish Matthew all the best and I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends whenever they have appliance purchase need.

When walking into Good Guys Alexandria I was planning on buying a fridge and was supported by two workers under the name of Adam and Mark. They were both very kind and had great communication skills and really displayed their knowledge of the store. Both these workers showed me a variety of features that stemmed from all the different brand of fridges and made my decision making much easier. Both these workers were amazing help and can’t thank them enough for their support .

I had a very rewarding experience at The Good Guys, Alexandria, when trying to purchase a new oven This was due to the good old fashioned service I received from Matthew. He was more than helpful a should be really appreciated. As a consequence we have returned to purchase other products and recommended him to others.

I want to express my gratitude to a member of the staff, Matthew (Good Guys Alexandria store)
Firstly, I’d like to point out that as an experienced customer, for me, the process of buying an item in a shop is not limited to the assessment of the product on offer, its advantages, limitations or the price (I do my homework beforehand…..). To get a ‘deal’, the salesman has to show me first, his knowledge of the product is selling, the pros and cons, any other relevant advice, and, above all that, he has to show me his honesty, sincerity and friendly attitude.
Well, Matthew achieved all that and gave me the confidence I needed to close the deal.
As a result, when I decided to upgrade my TVs, I did not have any hesitation in looking for his assistance, although I knew his expertise was in another area, I trusted him.

I purchased all my white goods for my new home a couple of years back. I hammered the sales rep on negotiating price and he was very happy to take on the challenge. Whilst he didn't come down to what I wanted to pay - he was professional, respectful and didn't take offence to my negotiation (which a lot of sales reps do these days!). Ended up walking out with half a dozen big ticket items - spending close to $5k. Very happy.

I had walked into this store with not a lot of knowledge about washing machines or fridges. Thankfully, Matthew was there to help, he was very knowledgeable and knew his products back to front. I don't think I had asked a question that he doesn't have an answer to.

Unlike other sales people I had encountered, Matthew was not pushy but instead, patiently explained the difference between brands which had enabled us to make a fitted selection based on our needs.
