This is the club lounge I love most. The variety of the food is not wide but the service is the best. All the staffs of the club lounge are excellent. The manager and the supervisor are humble, nice and friendly. Niraj is the first one we met. He gave us a warm welcome and make us feel safe and comfortable. I love the longe very much .

We can't speak highly enough of each & every Horizon Club staff member!
Honestly, although the relaxation, food & drinks are great, Jerry & his team are what bring it all together.
Their service is impeccable & nothing is a bother - we come to Shangri-La basically for everything they offer & can't wait to return soon.

Horizon Clubラウンジ利用プランでの宿泊でした。滞在中の軽食やティータイム、カクテルタイムで利用でき、満足度の高いホテルステイとなりました。このラウンジからの眺めも素晴らしかったです。
