Lipari Cafe Bar Restaurant

We love Lipari for a pasta fix, the chef special with fettucini is my favorite. Plus their home made bread that comes with your meal is always soft and delicious. Reasonably priced, large portions and polite staff.

Amazing pasta selection, never disappointed when we go here, the pasta platter is good value and will feed 4 people more than comfortably. Staff were attentive and friendly.

Been here a few times and the pasta is incredible. Delicious sauces and the generous portions are why we keep coming back. Best value for money you will find in all of Geelong!

Classic old school Italian, beautifully cooked food. Décor and furniture a little outdated, not modern by any imagination, but hey, I went there for the food!! Freshly cooked, melt in your mouth pasta, sooo flavoursome, our choice for Italian in Geelong any day/night of the week.

The best gnocci ever, literally the reason we come here. The staff are friendly and the vibe is nice. Only slight down side is trying to catch them to book as they are busy and my schedule doesn't help. All round a favourite though 🤩

Came in for dinner last week, front of house was very informative, friendly and fun! Had the Primavera Ravioli (Entreë size) as the portions are huge 👍 Very tasty sauce, served with a generous bowl of parmesan to share with crusty bread slices, absolutely delicious 😋😋 Definitely value for money, will be coming back ❤❤

Booked for Date night with my husband, who had never been to Lipari. As per usual I couldn't go past the delicious hand made gnocchi - which I couldn't finish. Now could my husband! Delish food, great service and the best Italian Bistro in Geelong!

Portions are huge, service is fantastic, and the vibe is impeccable. 11/10, will go again.

Such a lovely family-owned and operated, timeless, great-value and reliable option. We love getting takeaway on those nights you just need something dependably tasty yet won't break the bank. Our favourites are the Chef's special and the Pesto. My wife loves the gnocchi and it tastes so fresh that they must be making it new every day. It is also a good option for early dining in as they are very family friendly with a 5:30 pm start and accommodating staff.

To be fair it was a monday night, the food is best pasta I have had in geelong service was fantastic, we had 5 young children at the table and they catered for everyone's need effortlessly, and with a smile . Fully licensed. Really reasonably priced and meals were huge , and containers supplied 4 lunch 2 moz

I've been here quite a few times. Best gnocchi ever. Portions are extremely generous. Can never finish it but love taking the rest home with me for my next meal ☺
Absolute value for money.
One thing I would like to see, is more of a warm modern look of the place. Atmosphere very plain, casual and a little out of date. Nothing a good paint won't fix.

Wow! i just found my new favourite restaurant! Geelong you are so lucky to have this gem tucked away in a cool little laneway. Gnocchi to die for, fabulous friendly staff (shout out to star waiter Abby!) & such good value. Can’t wait to go back next time I’m in Geelong!
