Saturdays are paid entry after 9 I think…. Anyways this club has got nice music rnb is great and the DJ’s are great people! The bar can get rough of alote of people depending the day especially on Saturday nights it’s busy affff. The place has got great food however wish there were more options (more food)* the manger is great! And the security team is very lenient and not strict ( great people too). People have different opinions and this is mine tbh each place has there days! But I had a great time here, will come again…. Aka (drinks are abit pricey) ya

First time visiting the venue & was of no disappointment! I met Sammy, a lovely female worker who was friendly & patient with us!

The food was divine! The service was incredible & the atmosphere was phenomenal!

Good food and atmosphere. Great place to chill with some decent drinks at the bar.

Now open for lunch with an awesome and cheap menu (for the area).. the bar floor menu is Mediterranean with the floor above and below serving different menus (on the Friday we went the downstairs area was serving New Orleans cuisine).. the food and service is excellent and makes The Carter a must try for lunch!

Friday evening. Usual after work drinks place was packed so we tried here. Cocktails were delish and the vibe in the ground floor bar was great. Popped downstairs and had some real tasty tacos. Definitely worth checking out

Had a really nice date night here with my husband! Its a cool bar/club with great RNB & hip hop music and vibes. Food was also great. Highly recommend the fried chicken. The cocktails are also delicious!!

Loved this joint! Came in on a weekday for Lunch to celebrate my Birthday and the Bartender/Waiter was super nice. Music was sick (suited the venue) and food was A++++ so much value for money. Not many "American" restaurants in Sydney come in "American" sizes but this place does! Will be back for sure :-)

Food was delish and dance floor was so busy from 10pm.

Great experience. I booked table for birthday party, the male manager was attentive and helpful. Ambiance was fun, lively and has so many spots for good photos

Music can be a bit too loud . Music not too bad however could be better. Bartenders are quick and friendly.

We come here often with out friends. Great food and great service!
At night it becomes a nightclub and the atmosphere it is just next level! Love to come to this place to have a good time!
I met the Manager once (Thomas) and he took care of us really well making sure the food and the drinks were always on the table at the right time! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been to the Carter a number of times, it's definitely an outstanding location with unique interior and very photo worthy.
On top of that the staff are very nice and friendly and helpful.
Their drinks and cocktails are very good.
If you're driving (you shouldn't) there's a parking next door but it closes at midnight so my advice is to find a street parking arround. It's not very difficult.
I would recommend a visit for sure and I will personally go back again

We recently held a corporate function at The Carter and were very impressed with the coordination, planning and service of The Carter team. Their organisation made the event very easy to plan. Canapes were delicious and the flexibility around packages was great. I would recommend this venue.

Went here to enjoy their dinner experience - was aware it was a nightclub but didn't know it was also a restaurant. Nothing like it in Sydney. Had an unbelievable banquet - really high quality, really thoughtfully cooked and flavoured dishes, generous portions of amazing food. Really fun, social atmosphere. Service impeccable. All the waitstaff really genuine people and lovely. Just enjoying a yuzu dessert now which is so unique and just incredibly delicious. WOW. Not affiliated with nor making money from saying this, nor do I know the people who own. Really just the most fantastic dinner.

Definitely one of the best pubs in Sydney at the moment. Located right in the middle of Sydney CBD. The vibe was great, food and drinks prices were decent. If you like 90's hip-hop or pop music, this is the best place to go to.

Chad the owner is amazing. He made sure my friend got home safe and paid for her entire cab home. The security were really nice aswell. Overall feels like a fun and safe place to go out to.

All the staff were extremely friendly and genuine. Celebrated my birthday with a large group and the staff were very accommodating. Food there was great and cocktails were delish and beautiful. Music downstairs was amazing. All my friends had a great time and had so much fun. Thank you for making it a night to remember!

We had a table on Saturday where we were greeted with the sweetest waitress Nicole!!
Before our drink was empty she already had a drink waiting for us.
She was accomodating, sweet, professional and bubbly.
She made us feel right at home!
