Just had a great experience at Audika. As anyone who wears hearing aids knows, when things go wrong you want an immediate fix. I showed up without an appointment at 8.30 am in a Monday morning and was greeted with a smile, an “I’ll try to help” attitude, and an instant fix of my problem. I could not be more pleased.

A very friendly and efficient service from Robert at reception and Naomi the audiologist. The problem with my left hearing aid was explained to me and fixed without charge. I highly recommend this particular Audika Hearing Clinic.

I have suffered from tinnitus for 2.5 years now and have been very anxious about my hearing. I have also been finding it difficult at times to understand what people are saying to me and I have had to ask them to repeat it. Well after my visit today I have been advised that I have some deterioration in my hearing and that I cannot hear certain sounds. The audiologist provided me with so much time to explain what is happening and even facetimed my partner on my request as if we both understand what is happening with my hearing, it will resolve some of our frustrations when communicating. The audiologist explained that I am not quite ready for hearing aids but this is something that I may require in the future. I was a little concerned that they may try and sell me expensive equipment as the appointment was absolutely free but no sales pressure whatsoever, just a friendly team of staff and a very caring and understanding audiologist! Thank you so much!!!

During our visit, we underwent a comprehensive hearing assessment, which was conducted with utmost precision and attention to detail. The audiologist explained each step of the process and patiently answered all our questions, ensuring that we fully understood the results and the recommended course of action.
