The service is fast and prompt. And it’s clean.

I ordered the Chicken Pho and it literally arrived a minute later. Hot and fresh.

As a person of Vietnamese heritage, I have very high standards when it comes to eating take away Vietnamese food and I have to say that the food here is always fresh and tasty. Not only is the food healthy but the service is great, Thao the manager is always welcoming. I have found at other Vietnamese franchises the food to be dry but this has never been an issue here. I also strongly recommend the sweet potato fries, yes not typically Vietnamese food but always a good side to have and they are DELICIOUS!

Amazingly good Vietnamese food. I was drawn here by a sixth birthday promotion. Enjoyed a bowl with beef and lemongrass and lots if chilli! Very neat setting in food hall with lots of spacious seating options. Professional lunchtime crowd who all looked like regulars. Fresh food. Quick service.

Had the pork crackling salad. Caught me off guard how soft and flavoursome it was!

Totally unexpected nice surprise for a quick lunch run. Well definitely be back.

It’s pretty pricey (for what you get) and servings I found quite small relative to other Roll’d stores, maybe it’s because they have CBD rents to pay.

However the service is pretty good. I’ve complained that the $2.50 bags of crab crackers are a rip off because the bags come a third full only, and the guy who runs it happily gives me another bag. It costs him nothing, but has won him plenty of goodwill from my side of things.

Food okay. Speed okay. The order staff were perfect. I requested for “No spring onion” as allergic to it. But I saw the back guy put a bunch of spring onion into a Pho THEN STARTED READ the note, grabbed spring onion out, then served straight in front of me.
I thought he picked all spring onions out. But I realised there’s still a lot soaked in my soup. I therefore just have to pick the rest spring onions out by myself from corianders (imagine how hard would that be). I don’t want to be picky, but this is really bad to someone’s allergy.
