However Brian gave me a full run down of the different type of boots and which ones would suit me best. I really appreciated the time given to me today and ensuring my experience was first class.

Please give my utmost thanks to your worker Ethan. He gave me his time, patience, and friendship while trying to decide the best shoes for my friends son to kick a soccer ball.

Ethan was super attentive and thoughtful since my friends son has disabilities, he just really focuses on the best shoe specifically for kicking soccer balls.

Ethan set aside time to bring out his own soccer ball that he had with him and let my friends son try on different shoes to see which one he liked the best. He did not force my friends son into anything he didn't like, and cheered him on with every kick until he did.

He embodied great customer service and faith that no matter who someone is, where they come from, or what might impede them, that anyone can play a sport, and that they should be happy and supported to achieve their dreams.

I'm glad you have a worker who represents, and is passionate for both work and his customers.

I'd say the best customer service ever encountered in retail. Staff member Adam (i think his name was) went above and beyond to help me. At no stage did I feel rushed or pressured in choosing shoes or comparing. Highly recommend shopping here.

Recently I bought a first pair of soccer boots for my son and the experience has been great - thanks to Adam and Yoong! Adam patiently answered all the questions and also tried different shoes until right one fitted. He also gave a general advice on what I should be looking for when a choosing a soccer boot - this enabled me to choose a right one for my budget. And Yoong was very helpful when choosing Shin pads for my son - tried few and ensured the right fitting one chosen. I given 5 stars for their prompt customer service and able to achieve what I wanted.

Excellent customer service from the lady with an English accent (I'm not sure what her name is), she helped me find a pair of gym shoes and made sure the fitting was correct.

I went with my kids in Rebel sport store at Rouse hill to get a soccer booths and we had an amazing experience and an excellent customer care from the English lady Sarah.
She asked what we need and delivered the exact what we were looking for.
Within the budget I can afford.

I went in today with my mother to exchange some clothes. The worker went above and beyond to help us, he took pride in his work and went a little extra to go out the back and look for a size we wanted. He ended up finding it! I drove a long way this morning from West Pennant Hills to Rouse Hill to get a Jordan t-shirt for my son as online site said Rouse Hill store has stock available. While I was searching for it in store, I was offered a help from a beautiful lady, Bianca. However we couldn't locate the t-shirt unfortunately. I sort of gave up and was going to leave but Bianca went above and beyond my expectation, found it in another store and organised a delivery to my home. Thank you so much Bianca for dedicating your time in the morning for me, despite the long hours of driving, I am very satisfied with the outcome. You never gave up finding a solution for your customer, big thumbs up for your great professionalism and customer service. Absolutely one of the reasons why you want to shop at the physical store.

I ordered a sporting gear from Rebel Sport @ Rouse Hill Town centre store and received an email confirming pickup. I was on my way to the store but got delayed and reached there 5 minutes past the closing time. Spoke to Gary who was very kind and patiently waited for me to arrive at the store past his working hours. Gary gave me the gear in a covid safe manner and with a big smile. Amazing individuals like Garry provides the customer with an awesome retail experience. Thank you Gary and Rebel Sports.

I have visited here on a few occasions and without a doubt the highlight are the staff who are super helpful and knowledgeable.

They have a fabulous store the staff were fantastic especially Gary who was very helpful as we were looking for a sport watch. He had us pay in-store and we had the watch delivered. It's big store with very reasonable prices. Some great reductions and specials . Cricket trousers were only cheap and good quality

Big store, lots of options and friendly staff. Went to buy shoes and tennis racket. Got all I wanted. Easy acess, inside rouse hill shopping complex. Easy parking and lots of cafes around too..
