Joanne and Carol are absolute angels. They went out of her way to track down a shirt for me. Ange in the store was also very helpful and I have now defected to the Rouse Hill store! Wonderful service A++++

I wish I knew the sales assistants name (assuming she is a Manager with a teenage daughter), but she is simply wonderful, kind and super helpful. I have only shopped in the Rouse Hill store a handful of times but all in all, the staff are all great.

Sadly it seems you have to look a certain way to be acknowledged and welcomed in store. Staff are dismissive and aloof. Combine this with the fact that their stock is often severely lacking - I’ve tried hard to support my local but it’s just easier to order online or head to a different store.

Appalling ineffectual service by Country Road. 3 days in a row I have attempted to contact their store in Rouse Hill and have been blocked at EVERY turn.
Your virtual assistant gives no assistance whatsoever.
I was sms’d by another Country Road customer assistant who was unable to help to help and simply emailed the store in Rouse Hill. AGAIN WITH NO RESULT!
All I am asking before I trek out to Rouse Hill (50min drive) is if they have a size 37 in a shoe I want to buy. The Warringah Mall store advised me they do have 1 in stock but best to confirm via email, AS YOU CANNOT CALL THE STORE! (Unbelievable) to find out!!!
I have been trying for 3 days to get someone from that store to contact me and NOTHING! Not a Peep!
SOMETHING SO SIMPLE SHOULD NOT BE SO HARD.
Cleary CR do not want my business!
