Gotcha Fresh Tea Eastern Creek

Atmosphere -
abit crowded with people around. Needs more space when ordering drinks. They could've had people placing order on one corner where it's empty, and then pick up on the other corner where they normally serve customers now. Instead they have the pick up and order on one place. Causing the customers to line up and blocking the other people's path when they tried to walk through on a busy day.

Service-
The manager is very nice. That's all I can say. The staffs varies.

Drinks-
Very flavourful drinks but also depending on what you have

Just got out delivery from Gotcha Fresh Tea Eastern Creek. The Gotcha Signature Fruit Tea is my new favorite! It has a passion fruit base with loads of real seasonal fruit packed inside. The grape is also delicious. My only criticism would be that the teas are a bit sweet for me. The Uber Eats app only lets you choose 75 or 100 percent sugar when I usually get no sugar. Otherwise fantastic drinks. We will be ordering here again.

I love this place so much! The drinks are so nice, especially the new Taro milk, to me the white Taro taste much better than the old one. And the staff are so friendly, especially the girl who always take orders, she is the one with the glasses on, she doesn't need me to remind because she remember my drink really well :> Will definitely come back!

Verrryy yummy, sometimes sugar level high but it's v yummy.

Excellent and top-notch customer services. The tall girl who served me was really friendly. Sometime they was crowded but the service was very fast for your order. It is a great place to go for your favourite tea like drink. I will come back usually.

Mango tea with extra alovera, super refreshing every time I get it with bits of mango in it. Quick and speedy service, staff are always friendly, great work.

I love this place. I go every week and it's literally heaven on earth. The drinks are so good and the staff are really just angels in disguise. Thank you, I love you.

Would highly recommend trying Strawberry Macchiato, it’s strawberry green tea blended ice with cheese foam on top, it’s completely optional to have it with or without the foam which is very nice
