Always has the newest books, great competition for Dymocks. Staff are friendly and helpful, always understanding. Love my local library and I wish more people used theirs! My library is the reason I went from not reading at all to reading 30-40 books a year over the last few years.

The staff here are really wonderful...I was in a hurry to get print outs and they helped me with the whole process....the place is amazing....Good collection of books as well

While away on a trip received a call from Rouse Hill Library advising me a book I reserved ages ago has come in! I was so excited. The lady was so wonderful, patient and informative in helping me arrange for collection. This kind of service you don’t even get at 5 star hotels. I was so impressed :)

I love this library. It's so well maintained, with a huge catelogue of books and other resources. I can browse online, reserve books and pick them up in person after work. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I can't fault this library - my kids love it too.

This place is spectacular! I've been borrowing from here for more than 3 years now and every time the staff have been helpful, kind and overall just nice people. I almost always find the book I've been looking for, even by accident at times. 5 Stars, this place deserves none less.

Went into the library on a Saturday afternoon to do some printing. I asked a staff member for some assistance as I hadn’t used the printing facilities at the library before.
A lovely staff member helped me through the whole process and was friendly throughout. Shame I didn’t ask for her name so I could mention her in this review. Thank you for the helpful experience!

It’s alright to study at but seating gets filled up quite quickly.

Also once I went here with my little sister, but the kids books felt a bit sticky. Probs just kids being kids.
